Our Philosophy In Embracing Neurodiversity In Motherhood

what we do

Our mission is to support Mothers with ADHD in embracing their neurodiversity - free from shame, stigma, and judgment - so they can navigate their neurodiversity in motherhood with compassion.

Our Mission

why we do what we do

Our purpose is to reframe the global narrative into mental health compassion.

Our Purpose

the future we want to help create

We envision a heart-centered, culturally sensitive, and safe community for ADHD moms and their families to navigate and celebrate their neurodiversity free from shame, stigma, and judgment.

Our Vision

Our Goals

goalposts to reach our mission

We support Moms with ADHD by:

Goal #1 ~ Community

Providing a no-shaming, no-stigma, and non-judgmental safe Community for ADHD moms and their families where they can be who they are so they can find peace and confidence.

Goal #2 ~ Simplify

Simplifying ADHD information with implementation that overcome cultural and language barriers using technology and speaking platforms, such as our Blog, social media, Hyper-Personalized ADHD Implementation System, and Talks.

Goal #3 ~ Embrace

Embracing ADHD as a way of life.

Goal #4 ~ Compassion

Reframing the global narrative into mental health compassion by bridging the gap among innovative leaders of all generations and diverse perspectives.

  • We believe ADHD is real.

  • We believe ADHD is a biological difference in the brain (neurological) and is in our genes (hereditary).

  • We believe in a “middle road” approach between the superpowers and challenges with ADHD.

  • We believe in respecting people’s choices regarding medication and non-medication ADHD treatment.

  • We believe we must simplify ADHD with information and implementation.

Our Principles

non-negotiable morals and ethical standards of behavior that we believe sets us apart

  • We believe truly understanding ADHD inevitably leads to a positive perception of ADHD.

  • We believe we must change the global mental health narrative into mental health compassion.

  • We believe moms with ADHD are gatekeepers who can break the cycle of trauma & transform generational ADHD into a family legacy of connection and compassion.

  • We believe ADHD affects all cultures, genders, and ages.

Our Core Values

values we practice to guide our every action and spoken word, our immutable laws

#1: Character

Character matters. We say it. We live it. We breathe it.

#2: Giving

Give to uplift others. Getting is irrelevant.

#3: Compassion

Compassion is not a marketing strategy; it’s a way of life. By showing compassion, we put ourselves in that person’s shoes AND take tangible actions to help.

#4: Curiosity

Curiosity creates compassion. When we’re curious, we stop and ask “Why?” first, before being guided by pure emotions and judgment. The response to that question inevitably leads to compassion.

#5: Positivity

Make positivity louder. A diagnosis of ADHD is almost always shrouded with negativity. Our actions and words - whether through social media posts, talks, or blog posts - must always make positivity louder.

Statement of Contribution

We believe in tithing our time, talent, and treasures to create a sustainable social global change.
